About the speaker

Energetic, relatable, practical — and rooted in 30+ years of practice

ReShaun Webb, B.A., M.S., is an Early Childhood Educator, Master Trainer, and national speaker with over 30 years of experience in the field. She is the owner of Rainbow Children's Station Northwest and the founder and lead educator of the Rainbow Institute of Childcare Education (R.I.C.E.), where she provides training, consulting, and coaching to childcare professionals and administrators across the country.

ReShaun is an approved Texas Trainer (#1609) and has presented at major conferences including NAEYC, TLCCA, and Head Start Region II. Her work focuses on leadership development, staff wellness, family engagement, and building inclusive classrooms where every child can thrive. Known as "Mama Shaun," she brings an energetic, relatable, and interactive style to her sessions, empowering educators with both inspiration and practical tools.

She is also a published author, podcast host, and award-winning educator who is passionate about helping teachers and leaders prevent burnout, embrace innovation, and lead with heart.

AI in the Early Childhood Classroom: Smarter Planning Without Losing the Human Touch

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the way educators plan, communicate, and manage their workload. This session introduces early childhood professionals to practical and ethical ways AI tools can support lesson planning, family communication, documentation, classroom organization, and educator productivity — while still maintaining developmentally appropriate and relationship-centered practices. Participants will explore real examples, engage in guided activities, and discover how AI can reduce stress and save time without replacing the essential human connection at the heart of early childhood education.

Speaker check-in

Open Wednesday afternoon and again Thursday morning at the HSE LIVE registration table in the Turning Stone main concourse. Pick up your badge, lapel mic, and printed run-of-show.

Classroom set for 50. The room comes with a drop-down house screen and projector, HDMI cable, slide advancer, vocal microphone, mixer, and PA system (per the Oneida Network Infrastructure quote). Please bring your slides on a USB thumb drive as a backup. If you need anything beyond the base package, let us know in advance.

Meals & green room

Working buffet lunch in Mohawk Ballroom 1:00–2:30 PM, right before your slot. Speakers' green room is reserved for prep time and quiet space.

After your session

Thursday evening reception in the Turquoise Tiger — great room for connecting with attendees who'll have just left your session. Friday is a full program day; you're welcome to stay and attend.
